Amenajare Port Containere Dunarean Giurgiu, with majority shareholder Mainrom Line (2012) Israel Ltd operates in the port of Giurgiu, located on the Danube River, an important access road to Europe.

Our container terminal ensures a fast and efficient connection between Giurgiu Port and Constanta Port, as well as with the most important river, sea and land transport lines. The connection is ensured through the Giurgiu - Constanta container transport lines, with multiple possibilities for international transit.

With a position that gives it countless advantages (60 km from Bucharest) the container terminal A.P.C.D. Giurgiu is an efficient gateway to Eastern and Western European markets, as costs are reduced and transportation times are much shorter. Arrangement of the Danube Container Port is located in the Giurgiu Free Zone, the area with distribution possibilities, offering its customers multiple facilities for operation.

The activities of the component companies of the group include the provision of port services (handling of goods in the port), storage as well as other activities related to the Giugiu Free Zone.
